Minor injuries sustained in two vehicle collision

Police were called to a two vehicle collision on the B2145 at Hunston this morning (March 26), a spokesman for Sussex Police has confirmed.

The accident happened southbound on the A23 in Sayers Common

Police said they received a report of the collision at 10.05am and were on scene at 10.17am.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “We were called to a two vehicle collision on a bend in Hunston this morning.

“There are potentially minor injuries but an ambulance has been called to check on a female involved.

“The fire service was also called to help clear a fuel leakage.

“The road is not currently blocked but traffic has been slowed.

“We are now assisting with recovery as one of the vehicles is non-drivable.

“We may have to close the road when recovery arrives.”
