Air ambulance called after cyclist and car collide in Marden


Emergency services including the air ambulance responded to a collision between a cyclist and a car in Marden on Thursday morning.
The ambulance service confirmed it was called to the B2141 at around 8.30am.
Ambulance crews attended and were joined at the scene by the air ambulance service, the spokesman said.

Hide AdThe male cyclist was assessed and treated at the scene before being taken to St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester.
Posting about the incident on Twitter, a spokesman for Chichester Police urged people to drive or cycle safely on single track country roads, which can be ‘so hazardous’.
