Bin set alight in Horsham town centre
Firefighters extinguished a blaze in a refuse bin in Horsham town centre in the early hours of Sunday morning (September 6).
Emergency services arrived at West Street just before 5am.
The fire was started deliberately, and was extinguished using a hose reel.
