Delays on M25/M23 after crash

Drivers faced long delays on the M23 and M25 this morning (Thursday July 5) due to a crash.

The incident, around junction 8, held up traffic as emergency services responded.

At one stage there were three miles of congestion eastbound on the M25 and down the M23.

Travel time was an hour around the area.

The area has now been cleared and the congestion is clearing.
