A road in Mid Sussex is blocked this morning (Thursday, July 27) after a report of fallen power cables.

AA Traffic News first reported the incident at 5.18am, saying that Chapel Road close to Twineham Recreation Ground and Hickstead was blocked ‘due to fallen power cables and a crash’.

They said: “A single vehicle (was) involved on Chapel Road both ways at Twineham Lane.”
