There are reports of heavy traffic in the centre of Worthing this evening (Monday, December 5), after a crash.

AA Traffic News has said that the incident happened on Montague Street Eastbound around Crescent Road and involved a car and pedestrian.

It is not clear at this time whether anyone has been injured. This story will be updated as more information comes in.

Sussex Police have been approached for comment.
