Long delays on Chichester bypass: A27 traffic jam in both directions

There have been reports of long delays on the Chichester bypass this afternoon (Friday, March 29).

AA Traffic News at www.theaa.com/route-planner/traffic-news said: “Long delays on A27 Chichester By-Pass both ways from A285 Portfield Way to A259 (Bognor Road Roundabout). Congestion to Stockbridge roundabout westbound.”

AA Traffic News said the delays are because of roadworks. The problem was first reported at 12.37pm.
