Slates have been seen falling from the station roof and the site is surrounded by tape to stop public access. Police can also be seen blocking roads leading to the station. No trains are running to and from Eastbourne. Network Rail confirmed there are only three lines open in Sussex – London-Brighton, London-Bognor and London-Sutton.
