The description reads: “This is our page from the Year 11 girls asking you, the public, to help us raise money for all the damage that the fire has caused at our school.

“We will be holding charity events that we would love you to come to. Please help! Thank you.”

Photos of the incident have been uploaded onto the page as well as praise to teachers and advice.

One post reads: “Just to say that if any one is worried or confused about what happening at the school there a plenty of year 11s around who will talk to you if you want them.”

It has attracted nearly 3,000 ‘Likes’.
