Road in East Sussex reopens after fallen tree
East Sussex Highways have announced a road has reopened after it was closed because of a fallen tree.
Jevington Road was closed after a tree had fallen on it but now appears to have reopened on the AA map.
A spokesperson said: “Jevington Road, #Jevington Emergency road closure | 21 October 2026
“The road is closed today between Green Lane and Wannock Lane due to a fallen tree in the carriageway. The road will be reopened once the area has been made safe. Thank you.”
