Here’s your evening travel update for Sussex on Friday, March 26.

Emergency road marking work will go ahead on the A259 both ways near Rye between the A2101 and the junction with the A268. This work will start at 8pm tonight and finish at 6am tomorrow morning.

There is reported to have been an incident involving three vehicles on the A22 at Nutley near Uckfield.

Near Rye, the B2089 Float Lane is reported to be partly blocked due to an incident between a vehicle and a telegraph pole.

Traffic news

Traffic is reported to be queuing on the A264 eastbound and the A22 northbound at Felbridge near Crawley.

The A21 southbound at Kent Street north of Hastings is reported to be seeing queuing traffic.

Traffic is reported to be moving slowly on the A27 due to roadworks at Polegate.

Drivers should expect delays on the B2192 The Broyle east of Ringmer and the A26 at Crowborough by the Golf Club due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights.
