UPDATE: man injured in Wisborough Green traffic accident
A man was taken to hospital this morning (Friday June 14) following an accident in Wisborough Green.
Emergency services were called to Newpound Road just before 6.30am.
A car was on its side after a collision with a tree and a man was trapped.
He was freed using hydraulic equipment and taken to hospital by ambulance.
As a result of the incident the B2133 was closed this morning but has now re-opened.
