Woman's body found in Crawley home

Police say the incident involved a Peugeot 306 and a Mercedes-Benz A160

A woman's body has been discovered at a house in Crawley, police have said.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “At about 6.23pm on Friday (October 21), police received a report of a woman found hanged at a house in Cumbernauld Walk, Crawley.

“Paramedics commenced CPR, but the woman was sadly pronounced dead shortly afterwards.

“There are no suspicious circumstances and the coroner’s officer has been informed.”
