Two weeks left for funding bids

JUST two weeks are left for groups around Bognor Regis to apply for funding to promote wellbeing.

The money is available from the Arun Wellbeing joint small grants scheme.

It can provide up to £1,000 for non-profit organisations who can show their activities either promote or support one of the Arun Wellbeing priorities.

These include preventing ill health, improving mental wellbeing and tackling health inequalities.

Bids for the money have to be made by September 7 in an easy, one step process..

Cllr Paul Wotherspoon, in charge of Arun District Council’s community development, said the grants provided valuable support.
