At 7.30 tomorrow (Saturday) in Brede Church Gary Marriott and Duncan Reid will be presenting a musical evening in aid of the Friends of St George’s.
Included in the ticket price of £7.50 will be a finger buffet and a glass of wine. Tickets can be purchased in advance from Marion Firman (01424 751165), or at the church door before the concert.
Alternatively, also at 7.30pm tomorrow, in Winchelsea Church the leading London chamber choir Pegasus will be presenting “Happy and Glorious”, a concert of music for royal occasions, including Handel’s Zadok the Priest and Parry’s I was Glad. Interval bar. Tickets £10 in aid of church funds available from Winchelsea Post Office (01797 229525), or at the church door before the concert.
