UPDATE: Car overturns onto roof after Broadbridge Heath collision

A car overturned onto its roof after a crash in Broadbridge Heath yesterday (September 30).

Police have released further details of the two vehicle collision which saw the A264 Mile Oak Road close for several hours.

Officers were called at 4.45pm to the junction of Lyons Road after a Toyota Corolla and a Toyota Yaris collided. The Toyota Yaris ended up on its roof.

Police said a 56-year-old woman from Dorking, driving the Yaris, sustained minor injuries and was taken to Guildford Hospital for further treatment.

A 43-year-old man from Horsham, driving the Corolla, was uninjured in crash.

PC Robin Elshof said; “We are are appealing for witnesses to this incident. If you can help please contact us via [email protected] or call 101, quoting Serial 1067 of 30/09.”
