Verdant waste collectors march on Town Hall
Verdant workers in a dispute over pay marched into the Town Hall this morning.
The men claim they have been paid incorrect overtime.
The entire workforce left their HQ in London Road just after 9am to talk about terms and conditions with Tony Leonard, director of services.
The Observer was not allowed to attend this meeting as Tony Leonard said this was a private matter between Verdant workers and their employer.
