The all-women game took place in honour of Sophie Chandler, 21, from Bognor Regis, who passed away on Friday, November 1, from leukaemia.

The teams were raising money to pay for Sophie’s funeral.

Her family was on hand to watch the game and her mother Sylvia said the response from the community was ‘amazing’.
