VIDEO: Koko celebrates 20 years of business
CELEBRATING 20 years of business in Battle is Mary Knight of Koko who this week held a lunch for 20 customers, friends and family members at Powdermills. Mary opened for business in Tillsyard in 1993 and for her success is all about customer satisfaction, “true passion” for business and “a lot of hard work.”
She commented: “I am extremely proud of myself as I have done this business all on my own, seen a lot of businesses come and go over the years, it has been very hard and demanding, but that’s why I am still around.” She added that she believes the success of any high street or town centre is for shoppers to support locally.”
