VIDEO: Oving Scarecrow Day 2013

AROUND 100 scarecrows were on show in Oving on Saturday (May 11), as the village’s annual scarecrow festival attracted crowds of admirers.

With scarecrows ranging from a Motorcyclops to a Happy Flapper, the range and variety of scarecrows on display throughout the village kept children and families entertained.

There were 87 individual entries to the competition, with a number from groups and organisations making the total number of entries up to around 100.
