Paek Ma Taekwondo is based in Ashford and has been running a Junior class (age 5 - 15yrs) at Beckley Village Hall since 2008.

So far, 4 Junior students have successfully achieved Black Belt status, the youngest at just 11.

Sam Craven said: “Taekwondo teaches various techniques in patterns. We learn self defence, the best kicks of all Martial Arts and how to counter an attack. We also have a bit of fun with warming up exercises and games.

“We run Olympic style Taekwondo competitions and our students have the opportunity to prepare for these either in their class or in specific Sport Taekwondo training classes on Saturdays in Ashford.
