Chilly but dry for Easter in Horsham district

The cold weather is set to continue over the Easter period in the Horsham district - but it will stay dry.

The Met Office forecast is for temperatures to reach a maximum of just 5degC with night-time temperatures dropping to minus 2degC.

The north-east wind, though, will make it feel a few degrees colder.

Tomorrow (Good Friday) could see some sunny intervals throughout the day.

Sunday and Monday could also see some spells of sunshine, while Saturday is expected to be cloudy.

March is set to be the coldest since 1962 according to the Met Office.

The outlook is for more cold weather for the first couple of weeks of April.
