Sussex heatwave: Amber warnings for next week
The Met Office has issued an amber warning for a heatwave hitting Sussex next week.

The Met Office has made a Level 3/Amber Heat Health Alert from 9am on Monday (July 11) until 9am on Friday (July 15).
Temperatures are expected to rise to reach the low 30s.
According to the Met Office, the South East, London, and East of England are in the amber zone. The rest of England, other than the North East, has a yellow warning.

Look out for others
Close curtains to keep rooms cooler
Drink plenty of fluids and avoid excess alcohol
Dress appropriately
