WHATLINGTON PAST: A packed barn at the Royal Oak enjoyed looking at the history of the village during the war years led by Ian Cheverells. I am sure everyone was fascinated by life in the village then and got a real feel for how village life used to be.

PARISH CHURCH NEWS: Next Sunday is Palm Sunday and the service at Whatlington will be a Parish Communion at 09.30. Looking forward to Easter, on Good Friday there will be a service at 5pm, this will be hymns and readings to remember the crucifixion. On Easter Sunday the service will be at 09.30 with communion and followed with refreshments.
