It’s been a momentous year for the WI nationally, whilst at local level this WI goes from strength to strength. With membership numbers heading into the eighties they have had to move to a larger Hall and in 2016 will be meeting in Kings Church Hall in Victoria Road, Burgess Hill.

The craft group which is part of this WI will also be moving to Kings Church Hall, although the Scrabble group will remain in the Millfield room at Cyprus Hall.

Looking forward to 2016 there will be plenty going on, including interesting speakers, a trip to Brick Lane Music Hall, a tour of ‘Hidden London’, a skittles evening and much more.

Report and pictures contributed by Sue Moody.
