Woman cut from car after Littlehampton road smash

A WOMAN had to be cut free from her car after it collided with another in Littlehampton.

A WOMAN is in hospital after a road crash in Littlehampton today (Tuesday, October 5).

Horsham Road is closed following the two-car collision, at about 1.15pm.

A spokeswoman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said that the woman had been cut from the wreckage of her vehicle by fire crews, and that a man, who was driving the second car, had not been trapped.

Police are currently at the scene.
