Work on plans for new centres for Felpham and Bersted
An invitation has been issued for Bersted and Felpham parish councils to prepare business plans for new community centres.
Arun District Council's cabinet members agreed to invite the two parish councils to draw up the detailed financial arrangements.
If these are judged to be suitable, the parish councillors will start talks with the developers about their wishes for the buildings.
The facilities have to be included in the site six scheme of 1,350 homes as part of the overall development.
