Yobs target garden walls
POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a gang of youngsters who have been knocking down garden walls in Goring.
Over the weekend, officers received reports from residents in four roads who all complained they had been the victims of criminal damage.
Acting sergeant Fred Roberts said: "We believe it is youths who are coming off the beach, who have probably been drinking, knocking down the walls."
He said the gang had targeted walls in Sea Lane, Aldsworth Avenue, Ashurst Drive and Falmer Avenue.
