Young man attacked in street

A YOUNG MAN was attacked by two thugs while walking home with friends in Stone Cross at about 10.30pm on March 28.

He was in Lion Hill when a black BMW car pulled up alongside and two men got out of the back.

They set about their victim who fell to the ground with severe cuts and bruises.

The two attackers then got back in the car and drove off.

Both were white, one was described as about 19, 6'2" tall, stockily built wearing a blue hoodie.

The second was about 17, 5'10" tall, skinny with an eyebrow piercing.
