Young woman found in Horsham churchyard after going missing
A young woman was found in a town centre churchyard after she was reported missing in Horsham on Friday evening (January 2).
The 20-year-old was located by St Mary’s Church at about 12.20am on Saturday (January 3) after going missing around 40 minutes earlier.
Police officers on the ground found the woman shortly after a police helicopter was deployed to assist the search.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said she was taken to East Surrey Hospital for a check-up.
