Youngsters show true grit!
PUPILS from Brede Primary School were among those responding to a request from East Sussex County Council to come up with names for its gritters.
Class 3 pupil Jasmine came up with the name ‘Gregory Gritter’ and one of the vehicles now has that name emblazoned on its front. Children from the school were invited to go and see Gregory. Head Nicole Cummins said: “The children enjoyed having their photos taken and learning all about the important work.”
