Your chance to capture Rye

KEEN photographers are being invited to capture the essence of Rye and the surrrounding area by taking part in a competition organised by Rye Tourist Information Centre.

The competition, called “Images of Rye and Beyond”, is the second annual photographic competition held by the Lion Street Centre.

Tracey Young, from the TIC, said: “We are looking for stunning images of this beautiful town and surrounding areas that truly captivate the essence of the Rye area”

The competition is open to all ages and levels of ability; however entries are limited to three images per person.

The twelve winning photographs will be featured in a 2013 Calendar “Images of Rye and Beyond”.

To enter pick up an entry form from Rye Tourist Information Centre, 4/5 Lion Street, Rye. Tel: 01797 229049. Closing date for entries is Sunday May 13.

Winners will be notified by Wednesday June 13. Unfortunately photographs cannot be returned.
