Your chance to quiz train firm bosses

For all those longing to give the managers in charge of Southern a good grilling - here is your chance.

On Monday February 29, the train operator’s senior managers will be answering questions in real time through Southern’s ‘Chat Live’ forum on the Passenger Panel between 1pm and 3pm.

A Southern spokesperson said: “Whether your query relates to our timetable, performance or other aspects of our service to you, our senior managers will be there to answer your questions.

“The forum will be open to posts from 7pm on February 28, so even if you can’t take part in the live chat session, you can still post your question or comment the evening before.”
