While nominations are sought from young people in particular, they are also welcomed from neighbours, friends, teachers, parents and youth leaders.

There are four different categories to choose from: charity work, voluntary work, bravery and putting others first.

There will be one award per age group, plus an overall winner.

To nominate someone, simply fill in a nomination form and attach a statement of no more than 250 words saying why you believe the person should be nominated.

Forms are available from Arun Civic Centre, Bognor Regis Town Hall, secondary schools, leisure centres, youth groups and libraries or telephone Sadie Smith on 01903 737500, ext 37225.
