DOWN MEMORY LANE: Mystery photo
After having great success with a previous photograph, Graham Diggens of Middleton on Sea, has another challenge for readers and writes:
We believe it was taken between 1930 and about 1955.
Who are the people? Where was it taken, and when?
The only clue we have is the photographer was Malcolm McNeille, of Chichester.
