The In-Gear team of Steve Elms, James Dear and Jon Sharples beat top-seeded team Interbike from Essex by a convincing one-and-a-half minutes.

Ridden in torrential rain and high winds, the In-Gear riders finished in 1hr18m40s, gaining the team's tenth open individual and team win of the season.

Last weekend, James Dear won the Worthing 25 with In-Gear also winning the team award with Shane Faulkner and Carl Whitaker completing the winning team.

In-Gear supervet Dave Pollard made the trip to Kent to ride the San Fairy Ann 50 but the event was cancelled due to flooded roads.

In-Gear A Team continue the build up to the national 25 and 50 mile time trial championships.
