Bognor boxing course is a big hit with youngsters

A GB national boxing award course running at VK's Gym in Bognor has seen a number of youngsters make big progress in the sport.

The 11-week course comprises six awards: preliminary, standard, bronze, silver, gold and platinum. Each award is completed in a series of one-hour sessions to cover boxing skills and techniques.

At the end of each award an assesment takes place and ,if successful, the student will recieve a nationally-recognised certificate which can contribute towards a Duke of Edinburgh award and a medal.
