Kudus steps into the ring tonight in Brighton as he aims to make it five wins from five against Latvian Jevgenijs Andrejevs.

And the cruiserweight has promised to use the contest as his tribute to Baillie, who lost her brave battle against the disease in December.

Clare’s Disney Dream was a fundraising campaign set up to fulfil the mother-of-four’s ambition of travelling to Disney World with her family.

The fundraising was also organised to support a number of different charities related to Baillie’s brave battle.

Kudus is looking forward to his next fight – and is pleased that he has the platform to show his support.

He said: ‘I want to do my bit by raising awareness for Clare. I will be detailing the campaign on my shorts and T-shirt in my next fight and hopefully that will help.

‘With regard to the fight, I’m focused and am not looking past it. I’m fighting another four rounder and will be ready for it.

‘I have had really good support across Hampshire, London and Kent and have sold a lot of tickets, so now it is just about getting the job done.’

Kudus is hoping to campaign as regularly as possible this year with his main aim to challenge for the Southern Area title.

He currently trains in London and has recently been sparring British title challenger Miles Shinkwin.

Kudus said: ‘I want to be as active as possible in the next 12 months and it’s great to have two fights lined up.

‘To be fighting for titles is the goal and I’m not too far away. Three or fights down the line, I will hopefully be in line to challenge for the Southern Area belt.

‘Sparring and training keeps getting better and I am always learning, so I have to thank my team who are doing everything for me.’
