Chichester and Bognor runners on road to glory in Worthing

Worthing's 20-mile road race has long been used as a warm-up race for April's Brighton and London marathons.

And Chichester and Bognor athletes made full use of the benign conditions to post good times.

Chichester had three runners in the top six, including the top three Sussex Runners home.
