County championship: Sussex hope Leics visit will yield first win

Sussex have drawn their opening two matches in the new campaign and will be looking for a first victory of the season against a Leicestershire outfit who have won one and drawn one so far in 2016.

Hide AdThe last Specsavers County Championship clash at Hove saw a fascinating four days’ play against Essex. Chris Nash struck more than 200 runs in the match, his 119 being the first century at the 1st Central County Ground in the Championship this season.
It’ll be Leicestershire’s first visit to Hove in the Championship since 2010, when Sussex were the victors by ten wickets.
Sussex are once again missing skipper Luke Wright who continues his recovery from injury, so Ben Brown will continue to captain the side.
