Cricket picture special: Sussex clubs' behind-the-scenes heroes pick up awards

The Cricket Collective awards are a nationwide initiative to recognise that people that volunteer to help run clubs, whether it’s by coaching, maintaining the ground or doing other vital work clubs could not operate without.
