Sussex pace pair Jofra Archer and Ollie Robinson are among players handed new England central contracts.

Both have been plagued by injury problems – Archer particularly so – but England have kept faith with both as they announce their first multi-year contracts, which are being regarded as a way to ward off interest in players from franchise leagues.

Robinson started 2023 in the England side for the Ashes but he lost his place after failing to make a big impact in the early part of the series, which ended 2-2.
