St Andrews Colts go from strength to strength

St. Andrews CC continue to provide their Colt’s with winter/spring coaching programme in 2014 at The Triangle and Plumpton College for all aged from 8 to 18 years.

This extensive coaching programme operates for 12 weeks from mid January to mid April.

The success of our coaching sessions is clear for all to see as the Under 13’s after dispatching Preston Nomads and Ditchling in earlier rounds beat Brightion & Hove on Saturday at Hove to win the South Area League Indoor Cup.

The winning team (see attached picture) Joe Edwards, Archie Kirk, Angus Hill, Archie Hill, Luke Wood, Jack Cooper, Thomas Cooper and Jack Hobby.

Saints’ Girls Winning Ways

Just like their boy counterparts Saint’s Girls are enjoying their winter/spring coaching programme with the Under 13’s beating Horsham in a double header at Dean’s Leisure Centre on Saturday and the Under 15’s defeating Chippendale’s at Plumpton College on Sunday morning. Their coaching sessions also continue indoors until mid April.

St. Andrews Senior Nets

Plumpton College Sports Hall is the venue on Monday evenings between 8.05 p.m. and 9.35 p.m. for the Saint’s “open age” nets for anyone interested in playing League cricket in 2014 for St. Andrews CC. Nets will operate until mid April. Anyone wishing to attend can contact the Club’s Coaching Coordinator “Ray Cully” on 07462 952886 for further information.
