Sussex Cricket League: Another winning weekend for in-form Sidley

It was another splendid weekend for Sidley Cricket Club, with league wins for its two senior teams and a cup victory.

The first XI opened up a 35-point lead at the top of Sussex Cricket League Division 10 East after their fifth successive triumph, a 55-run success at home to Bells Yew Green thirds.

Johnathan Haffenden again led the way for Sidley with the bat, his 70 proving crucial in them posting 151 all out after losing the toss and being inserted.
