Manchester City were crowned Premier League champions after beating Brighton 4-1 at the Amex.

Glenn Murray headed Albion into the lead but City responded to win with goals from Sergio Aguero, Aymeric Laporte, Riyad Mahrez and Ilkay Gundogan. Here's how we rated the players of both teams.

Easily held low Bernardo shot and pushed away fizzing Sterling cross in the first half. No real chance for any of the goals.
Club captain's final game after he announced his retirement on Friday. Won the ball off Mahrez in opening minute to a loud cheer. Huge ovation when subbed.
Blocked Aguero shot early on. Headed clear several crosses.
Threw himself in the way to block Gundogan shot on 20 minutes. Fierce free kick pushed over by Ederson late in the first half and headed opening over in the second period.
Another assured display from the Brazilian left-back who had his work cut out against Mahrez and Bernardo Silva.
First start since his sending-off in the 5-0 defeat to Bournemouth last month. Lovely pass set Jahanbakhsh away early on. Did not see enough of the ball.
Made a superb recovery tackle to deny Bernardo after losing the ball early on. Tidy display in the middle of the park.
Came into the starting line-up for Dale Stephens. Worked hard to combat the threat of City's midfielders.
Corner set up Murray to give Brighton the lead. Hard-working display. Looked to provide creativity in the final third.
Cut in and fired wide of the near post from 20 yards after ten minutes, otherwise struggled to have much impact offensively.
Headed Albion into the lead from Gross corner. Lost his man which allowed Laporte to make it 2-1. Tough task leading the line on his line but worked hard to hold the ball up.
Came on for Murray 23 minutes from time.
Replaced Jahanbakhsh after 67 minutes.
Sent on late for Bruno.
Beaten to the ball by Murray as the striker headed Brighton ahead. Pushed over well-struck Dunk free kick late in the first half.
Got forward down the right throughout and saw plenty of the ball. Booed by Albion fans after avoiding a red card after altercation with Jahanbakhsh in the FA Cup semi-final.
Strong at the back to deal with Murray's physical presence and controlled proceedings after City went ahead. Subbed.
Headed City 2-1 ahead when left unmarked from a corner. Kept possession well and had several battles for the ball with Murray.
Comfortable in possession at left-back. Supported play going forward.
Wonderful 25-yard free kick made it 4-1 on 72 minutes. Pulled the strings in the middle of the park.
Broke away early on and only denied by superb Bissouma tackle. Low header saved by Ryan.
Skilful with the ball at his feet in tight situations. Provided the assists for Aguero and Mahrez goals. Subbed.
Kept relatively quiet. Dangerous cross just too high for Aguero early on. Low deflected shot easily saved by Ryan in the second half. Fouled for the free kick which led to City's fourth.
Cool finish drew City level moments after Brighton took the lead. Effort blocked by Duffy from the edge of the area early on.
First Premier League appearance in five weeks. Corner led to Laporte heading City into the lead, before he rifled home from 18 yards to make it 3-1.
