Brighton's search to replace Roberto De Zerbi gathers pace today. The Seagulls are working through their list of available managers and those who they can potentially prise away from other clubs.
Ipswich Town boss Kieran Mckenna remains the favourite among the bookies along with Nice's Italian manager Francesco Fariolo. Southampton's Brighton-born head coach Russell Martin and former Albion man Graham Potter all feature highly.

His Burnley team were relegated last season but his style of play and how he operated on a tight budget is said to have impressed. Brighton are however not the only ones keen on Kompany, with German giants Bayern Munich apparently registering interest.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano posted: "Vincent Kompany has been considered as an option at several clubs in the recent days despite relegation with Burnley. Understand FC Bayern have discussed Kompany internally among possible candidates for the job. Brighton, still waiting to make a decision on new coach."
Brighton chief executive and deputy chairman Paul Barber is conducting Albion's search for De Zerbi's successor. “We always try and have a plan. We have got a plan. We now need to execute that plan.
"He [De Zerbi] will be difficult to replace, for sure. We don’t wait for a coach to leave before we start work. Part of our process is to make sure we always know who the next coach might be.
"You can’t guarantee because you don’t know people’s circumstances at the time the incumbent coach leaves but we work really hard on our coach homework.”
