Potter will be without five established first teamers as the lowly Seagulls aim for their first victory since their 2-1 triumph at Aston Villa way back in November.
Aaron Connolly (hamstring), Tariq Lamptey (hamstring), Danny Welbeck (knee), Adam Lallana (illness) and Alireza Jahanbakhsh are all unavailable to face a Leeds team who have made a solid start to life in the Premier League.
Albion's Ben White is set for a reunion against a team where he spent a highly successful season long loan last campaign. There could also be another starting role for South African striker Percy Tau who impressed at Man City in midweek.
Scroll down and clock through to see how Potter's men could line-up.
5. Dan Burn
Showed his character against City with a good display at left back after a torrid time in his previous match against Wolves. Once again if Potter goes with a defensive four, I expect Burn to be on the left.
6. Alexis Mac Allister
Had his best game in a Brighton shirt at City and would be very difficult (but not impossible) for Potter to drop him after that display. The Argentine midfielder a real fighting spirit to compliment some silky skills.
7. Ben White
Ben White could well have a defensive midfield role to perform against his former club and will likely sit deep alongside Yves Bissouma who is available once more. Very interested to see how he performs against his former club
8. Yves Bissouma
Available once more having served his one match ban for collecting five bookings. The Mali international will likely return ahead of Davy Propper and help form a defensive midfield barrier alongside Ben White
