Victory for Graham Potter's Brighton at already relegated Sheffield United would all but secure their survival in the Premier League this season
Albion, who impressed on Tuesday night as they earned a 0-0 draw at Chelsea, are seven points above the drop zone with six matches remaining.
Brighton defender Ben White will serve a one-match suspension following his red card in the midweek draw at Chelsea.
Forward Percy Tau could return to the squad after being absent at Stamford Bridge due to a tight hamstring.
Tariq Lamptey (hamstring) and Solly March (knee) remain out.

.
Brighton's Danny Welbeck will be assessed ahead of kick-off at Bramall Lane today
. Robert Sanchez
The Spanish stopper will continue his impressive run inbetween the sticks at Bramall Lane. A huge success story for Brighton this season
. Adam Webster
First match back after ankle injury at Chelsea and will be required to go again in defence as ben White is suspended for this one
9. Alexis Mac Allister
Back in the team at Stamford Bridge and a very hardworking display against Chelsea. Give Albion options and could play higher up the pitch at Sheffield United
10. Leo Trossard
A fairly quiet game at Chelsea but Brighton should have more possession at Sheffield United and Trossard will look to have a greater influence
11. Neal Maupay
On the bench at Chelsea with perhaps this game in mind. Welbeck may not be quite fit enough which could see Maupay lead the line. Scored a vital goal at Bramall Lane last season in a 1-1 draw
