Brighton transfer news: England youth international striker makes Championship move
Zak Emmerson has joined Championship side Blackpool in a permanent move.
The striker joined Albion in 2020 from Oldham Athletic, scoring 31 goals in 43 appearances for our under-18s, before making the step up to under-21s this season.
Technical director David Weir said, “This is a good move for all parties and in particular Zak, who gets to continue his career closer to his family home in the north. We wish him good luck for his career.”
The 18-year-old made two appearances in Premier League 2 for us this campaign, having also played for England at under-18 level.
