Trossard and Moder have made quite an impact of late for club and country and both will likely play a key role for Albion this Sunday at Manchester United and in future seasons.
Brighton have made a number of shrewd acquisitions since Graham Potter took charge in May 2019. Matt Clarke - who has spent two seasons on loan at Derby - was Potter's very first signing, while Ecuador international Moises Caicedo was the latest to arrive last February.
Inbetween, some big money has been spent but also some free transfers and shrewd investments.

5. Joel Veltman
A Dutch international with Champions League experience in his prime years for 900k does not happen often. A very shrewd piece of business as Veltman can operate in numerous across the defence and has also been excellent at right wing back in Lamptey's absence. Top marks to the recruitment team on this one!

6. Danny Welbeck
Joined on a free transfer after his contract with Watford was cancelled. A classy performer when fully fit and seems to be finding his best form and fitness at a crucial time. Has three goals so far and his experience will be vital for Brighton's run-in. Many Albion fans are hoping he gets a new deal for next season

7. Adam Webster
A few eyebrows were raised when Brighton broke their transfer record and signed Webster for 24m from Bristol City. He had a solid first season and this campaign he was playing the best football of his career before his ankle injury at Burnley. A top level performer who will likely be a mainstay of the Albion defence for years to come.

8. Adam Lallana
Another to arrive on a free transfer and helps set the standards on and off the pitch. Has a long history and injuries and has had some troubles this season but overall he has made a significant impact. Top class in the last three matches and will hope for a strong end to campaign. Joined on a three year deal and so far a gamble that seems to be paying off.
